In times like these we have reconsidered our cancellation conditions.

The local tax is EUR 2,50 per person per day (aged 14 years and older).

In order to confirm your reservation, all we ask is to contact us

We generally only accept cancellations of reservations in written form:

• for cancellations on the day of arrival we charge 100%
• in case of no-show or prior departure we charge 100% of the total amount.
• one day prior to arrival: 30%
• in case of a cancellation less than one month before arrival we charge 30% of the total amount.
• more than 30 days before arrival: free cancellation

We hope you understand that your apartment is not usually ready to occupy before 3.00 p.m. Your apartment is available to you until 11.00 a.m. on your day of departure.

The reception is open from 08:00 am to 19:00 pm, should you arrive after 19:00, please contact us in time.
