When you stay at the Bircher, you receive the activeCard Sterzing free of charge for the duration of your stay.

In order to confirm your reservation, all we ask is to contact us. We generally only accept cancellations of reservations in written form:
for cancellations on the day of arrival we charge 100%
in case of no-show or prior departure we charge 100% of the total amount.
one day prior to arrival: 30%
in case of a cancellation less than one month before arrival we charge 30% of the total amount.
more than 30 days before arrival: free cancellation
We hope you understand that your apartment is not usually ready to occupy before 3.00 p.m, as we need some time to prepare everything for you. Your apartment is available to you until 11.00 a.m. on your day of departure.
The reception is open from 08:00 am to 19:00 pm, should you arrive after 19:00, please contact us in time.
Cancellation policy

Cancellation policy

Cancellations made up to 21 days before arrival are free of charge. The deposit paid will be refunded. Only an administration fee of €20.00 will be retained.
Cancellations made up to the 3rd day before arrival will incur a charge of 30% of the booked package.
In the event of cancellation less than 3 days (72 hours) before arrival, or in the event of late arrival or early departure, 80% of the agreed daily rate will be charged for each day not taken up.
Please note: Cancellations must always be made in writing!
The cancellation terms apply regardless of whether the cancelled rooms are re-let, either in full or in part.
